South Coast: Giving a family a more peaceful place to live in Somerset, MA
After a few long years with the ongoing pandemic while also raising a baby, this young family reached out to us because they desperately wanted their space back. Throughout several sessions, organizers, Marianne, Anna and Julie sprinkled their magic throughout the whole home and created a more peaceful place for our clients.
Starting with the young son’s bedroom, everything was sorted ‘like with like’ and then edited with the client. Marianne brought along two cube units and used them within the the room to hold toys in a more organized manor. Each bin was labelled and can be easily maintained by the client.
The master bedroom was more of a refresh as it was not very cluttered. Using what the client already had within the room, our organizers sprinkled their magic and created a more peaceful place for the clients to escape at night.
In many cases, when rooms aren’t used very often, they tend to become a catch-all place for things that don’t belong. A place where you ‘hide’ things because they don’t have a real home. This clients guest bedroom was exactly that. Following our same process of sort, edit and rehome, Marianne and Anna were able to turn the guest room into a more practical space for the family.
Providing this client with a more organized kitchen was high on the list. Our organizers wanted to make sure everything had a home and could be found with ease.
One of the most popular areas we organize are playrooms. Kids have a lot of toys with a bunch of little parts and trying to keep them all together can be nearly impossible without a system in place. Organizer, Marianne, brought and assembled two cube units along with blue plastic weave bins. Everything within the area was sorted and placed in the labelled blue bins, which created a system. This is extremely useful with kids toys and can creates a much less stressful environment for the entire family.
